Dear Make Landeryou Pay TeamWe independently checked Landeryou's site, where he makes regular "reports" on the Victorian Election - his address is marked down:
I thought you may be interested in Division 6 - Electoral Matters, which reads:s.86. Authors to be identified
(1) A person must not during the relevant period—
(a) print, publish or distribute; or
(b) cause, permit or authorise to be printed, published or distributed—
a newspaper, circular or pamphlet containing an article, report, letter or other matter containing electoral matter unless the author's name and address are set out at the end of the article, report, letter or other matter, or if only part of the article, report, letter or matter appears in any issue of a newspaper, circular or pamphlet at the end of that part.
Penalty:
In the case of a natural person, 5 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 25 penalty units.

Remember, Landeryou is enrolled at his old mansion in Parkville - a clear violation of the electoral enrollment laws. By giving a false address for comments on the election, Landeryou appears to be blatantly breaking the law.

If you were happy to disclose your identity, you wouldn't have been posting anonymously, thus giving people the avenue to call you a hypocrite.

He stalks single women journalists.

TDR, what do you mean anonymously? I didn't realise there was a way to post under a verifiable identity, other than the "Other" box. Please enlighten me.
Then post under the 'other' box and include whatever relevant info you want to verify your identity.
If you post as a blogger, you can also link to your blog site.
And quite frankly, the text box lets you type in whatever you want to disclose as an identity.
Incidentally, the way you're splitting hairs over this is reminiscent of Landeryou's favourite method of trying to cloud the issue.
Of course, whatever I suggest, you will balk at because it's not 'verifiable', so let's keep it simple.
Posting your name would be the obvious start. You work out how you want people to verify your identity.

I have no intention of posting my personal details online, as I am not involved in day to day politics, nor do I want to get any more involved in the muckraking that goes on here. Online's fine, but I have a life outside this crap.
For most people who log on here, I get the impression that they are actively employed or involved in politics, most likely ALP politics.
For me, this is just an (occasionally) entertaining diversion while I'm at work. While I have occasionally posted anonymously, as a rule I generally use my handle, to distinguish my posts.
Yes, I am aware this makes me a less than committed employee, but I doubt I'm the only one. Don't worry, I work in the private sector.
Landeryou will tell you that I am someone named Paula Rizzuto, who was supposedly one of the people behind the original Slandersyou, however, that is pretty much a fiction he's invented to compensate for the fact he hasn't been able to establish my identity through his usual methods (which are fairly basic). 'Who's on this IP address. Oh, this company. Who do I know that works there?'
As to who the originators of this site are, I can't shed any light on that.
I just appreciate an alternative to Landeryou's propaganda. I've yet to see any comments deleted without explanation or surreptitiously altered on any incarnation of Slandersyou whereas Landeryou does it all the time.
Given his protestations about Freedom and Freedom of Speech, his actions appear to contrast entirely with that noteworthy objective.
And you're right, it's hard to verify any details about anyone on a blog. I guess an element of trust is required.
Unless you're posting as 'Freedom Freddy' or 'Joe Klein'. Then I'll take it with a grain of salt.

Uh, how exactly is this filth?
While Make Landeryou Pay isn't publishing information of the standard of the Landeryou and Company blog, the content here is still less contentious than a lot of the bile Landeryou publishes.
As for disclosure, well, I don't think these guys are any worse than Landeryou himself. There seems to be an awful lot he doesn't disclose despite being a 'fearless crusader'.
When he was in Southbank, which I incidentally think he still is (just in another apartment), he trumpeted that he wasn't afraid to disclose his address. Of course, he only disclosed PART of his address, but still took full credit for the 'brave' disclosure, a tactic that sums him up.
Landeryou only ever seems to tell part of the story, leaving out essential facts.
I think the best way to judge however, is through the content on the blogs. And at this stage, with the exception of Landeryou and Company, the new anti-landeryou blogs are a far cry from the original Slanderyou in intelligent content. But they’re getting better…

Andrew Landeryou is a liar and a thief. The main focus is now and always should be on the money he stole from MUSU , notably through Marbain. This is the issue he wont discuss, and with which he must be charged with.
Andrew Landeryou is 'bankrupt' yet lives in a paid for flat.
He set up Marbain, it got a cheap lease from MUSU and onsold it for 1.2m profit. The money was hidden overseas. He's living off it now. It must be found and he must be prosecuted.
He is an ex-prisoner thief.
The Make Landeryou Pay Team will not be identifying their identities until Landeryou is brought to justice, and pays for his crimes.
We will not be deleting any comments, unless we are requested to do so, via email, by persons who believe they have been libeled, harassed or victimized.
